AMANDOLEA

The Vineyard
For Amandolea, various vineyards cultivated on the hills of Bova are used.
Grape Variety
A blend of Sauvignon & Merlot sourced from our estates.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested around September and undergo a 3-day maceration phase. Subsequently, the wine matures for 18 months in stainless steel containers.
Aging
Barrel aging.
Pairing
It particularly pairs well with roasts and game.
